This function can be used to return a substitute email address, that is used as the sender email address instead of the email address specified with DBA setting EMAIL ACCOUNT, in the event of emails sent on approving inquiries. Parameters p_pk_type, p_pk_id1 and p_pk_id2, used to identify email addresses dependent on the pk-type. For example, with pk_type='INQ' and pk_id1=INQ_ID you determine the buyer of the inquiry.
