Define Inspection Events and Tasks - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Training - Hexagon

Purpose

This section explains how to define inspection events and tasks that can be used in the expediting module of Smart Materials.

Exercise

1. Open the P.10.56 Events and Tasks screen from the Smart Materials > MSCM > P.10 Setup menu branch.

2. Select Inspection from the dropdown list in the Type – Exp./Insp. field.

3. Select Event from the dropdown list in the Type – Event/Task field.

4. Enter ‘PIM’ in the Event/Task field.

5. Enter ‘Pre-Inspection’ in the Short Desc field.

6. Enter ‘Pre-Inspection Meeting’ in the Description field.

7. In the same way, create the inspection events and tasks as displayed in the picture below.

   

8. Save the changes using the Save button.

9. Close the screen.
