Define an RTI Rule - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Training - Hexagon

Purpose

This section explains how to define an RTI (Return to Inventory) rule that is used for RTI creation. The RTI number is created using this RTI rule.

Exercise

1. Open the C.10.26 RTI Rules screen from the Smart Materials > Site > Field Material Control > C.10 Setup menu branch.

2. Click the Exe Query button to view the existing records.

3. Enter RTI-TRAIN in the RTI Rule field.

4. Enter RTI Rule in the Short Desc and Description fields.

5. Enter RTI-TRAIN- in the RTI Definition field.

6. Select 0000 from the LOV in the PICS Definition field.

7. Select the Default check box.

   

8. Save the changes using the Save button.

9. Close the screen.
