On the Material/Work Groups tab, you can assign material/work groups to the inquiry. These assigned material/work groups are taken into account when selecting and assigning bidders to the inquiry.
When you insert the first material/work group for an inquiry, this material/work group is taken over on the inquiry header level and displayed on the Inquiry tab.
If you delete a material/work group that was also assigned on the inquiry header level, this assignment on the header level is also taken back. That is, the material/work group on the Inquiry tab is cleared.
To assign a material/work group to the inquiry, select the material group type from the LOV in the Matl Group Type field. You can double-click in this field to open the P.10.42 Material/Work Groups screen.
Next, select the material/work group from the LOV in the Matl/Work Group field. The LOV is restricted to the material/work groups defined for the type previously selected. You can double-click in this field to open the P.10.42 Material/Work Groups screen where the material/work groups are defined.
The revision of the selected material/work group is displayed in the Rev field.
The descriptions of the material/work group are shown in the Short Desc and Description fields.
