Purpose
This section explains how to define other costs as a master list of other costs that can be attached to inquiries by the buyer.
Exercise

Open the P.10.33 Other Costs screen from the Smart Materials > MSCM > P.10 Setup menu branch.

Click the Exe Query button to view the existing other costs.

Click the New Record button to create a new record

Enter PACKING in the Other Cost field, and select the Default check box. Enter the cost description ‘Packing’ in the Short Desc and Description fields.

In the same way, create these other costs:
Other Cost
Short Desc
Description
CERT
Certification
Certification
CLEAN
Cleaning
Cleaning
TEST
Testing
Testing
Mark them all as default.

Save the changes using the Save button.

Close the screen by selecting File > Close All or Close from the main menu.
