An item type must be defined based on item rule SHP.

Open the A.10.15 Item Types screen.

Select SHP from the select list in the Item Rule box.

Type SHAPE in the Item Type box.

Enter item type descriptions in the Short Desc and Description boxes.

Select Default, MTO, and Forecast.

Click Save.
