The P.50.81 Pending POs screen gives procurement management a cross-project overview of the workload of purchase orders with pending approval. Here you can see all purchase orders and their change orders that have not yet been approved. Depending on whether you have the privilege MULTI PROJECT, you can see the purchase orders of all projects to which you have access or only of the project in which you are logged in. For manual purchase orders, the Engineering Requisition field is always empty.

You can also see all purchase requisitions that have been released to procurement but for which no order has been created so far. Once at least one line item of a requisition has been placed on an order, this requisition is not displayed any longer with an empty order number. In this case, it is of no interest whether the corresponding order has been approved or not.

Once the order is approved, the requisition disappears from the overview as long as line items of the same requisition are placed on a different order without approving this order.

If more than one requisition is associated with an order, you can see one record for each combination of order and requisition.

This screen is a core workflow screen. For more information, see Core Workflow Screens.
