On the Progress Payment Events tab, you can assign progress payment events to a quote. These progress payment events are later copied over when an agreement is created based on this quote.

Enter the order sequence for the event in the Seq field.

Select the pre-defined progress payment event from the LOV in the Prog Pay Event field. You can double-click in this field to open the P.10.31 Progress Payment Events screen where progress payment events are defined. The descriptions of the event appear in the Short Desc and Description fields.

The date when the milestone is planned to be completed can be selected from the LOV in the Planned Completion Date field.

Enter the percentage of payment required for this event in the PP field. The sum of all payment percentages must add up to 100%. Enter the number of weeks between this event and the previous event in the PW field.

You can copy an entire set of progress payment events, which are pre-defined on the P.10.32 Progress Payment Sets screen. Select the set from the LOV in the Prog Pay Set field, and click the Copy button. The events included in this set are assigned to the inquiry. You can double-click in this field to open P.10.32.

If the order sequence of a detail cannot be copied because the sequence is already used, the progress payment event is attached anyway. In this case, the next available order sequence is taken. If necessary, you can change the order sequence afterwards.

You can only add events to the inquiry if the inquiry is not approved and if the approval process has not started yet.
