Subcontractors can access project-specific reference documents via the E-Supplier screen. For example, these documents could be work rules, project procedures, or safety requirements.
The supplier/subcontractor user logs in via E-Supplier using his user name and password and selects the Reference Documents option.
Then, he clicks OK, selects a project, and clicks OK again.
The D.10.12 Document Sets screen appears. The supplier/subcontractor an open the documents in the set for viewing purposes. To open a document, select the record, and click Open.
The ZX_DOC_SET project default must be specified for this functionality to work properly.
