Notes are different from text and terms, they are intended for the line item level of a requisition rather than for the header level. Also, notes cannot be grouped into sets since it is not anticipated that line items will require standard grouping of terms. Notes are also not intended to be standardized and therefore cannot be copied from project to project. Rather, they are seen as being very project specific.
Notes are defined on the D.30.11 Notes screen.
To define notes in Smart Materials, proceed as described in Notes.
To attach notes to a requisition line item, proceed as follows:

Select the requisition on R.30.01 Maintain Requisitions.

Double-click the requisition name to open Window 2 where the line items are displayed.

Select a line item and double-click the Notes check box to open the D.30.21 Attached Notes screen.

Type a sequence number in the Seq field.

Select a type from the LOV in the Note Type Code field.

Then select a note from the LOV in the Note Code field.
