Plate Issue - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 10.1 - Help - Hexagon

The final step in the workflow is to issue the plate material from the inventory, based on the reservation run.

1. Open the C.20.21.11 MIR for Plates screen.

   

2. Click Cancel Query to switch to insert mode.

3. Select Reservation Issue in the MIR Type box.

4. Select the material issue date in the Issue Date box.

5. Select the reservation run in the Reservation Code box.

6. Type your name in the Issue By box.

7. Select the company who receives the material in the Company box.

8. Type the MIR description in the Short Desc and Description boxes.

9. Click Save.

10. Click Populate Reservation to insert all material from the reservation run. Alternatively, click List of values in the Ident Code box, select all idents you want to add to the MIR, and click Fill In.

    

    

    • The steel plate details are displayed in the second (Inventory Issues) block.

    • The list positions with the shape details are displayed in the third (List Positions) block.

11. Click Post.
