If you define a question of type Y/N, you can define conditional questions.

A red background color in the Question field indicates that conditional questions have been assigned to this question. The conditional questions are highlighted with pink background color.

Double-click on a question of type Y/N to open a second window where you can define conditional questions for a master question.

Select Yes or No and use the LOV in the Conditional Question field to select pre-defined questions from the list of values. Conditional questions can only once be assigned to another question. The questions in the LOV are restricted to the same company type, level 1, level 2, level 3, and level 4. When the user answers the Y/N question in the questionnaire with the defined value (Yes or No), the optional question(s) are displayed.

A light blue background in the Conditional Question box indicates that the question is not available in the login language. Double-click in the box to display the question in other languages.

If you try to delete a question that has conditional questions assigned, a dialog opens displaying the conditional questions. If the Del checkbox is marked for all questions, click Delete to complete the deletion. If a question is attached anywhere (Att marked) or used in a question set (In Set marked), the question cannot be deleted and Del is not marked.
