The Volume field shows the volume of the item shipment for a quantity of 1.

The Total Volume field shows the total volume of the item shipment, calculated as quantity * volume per unit.

The Volume Unit field shows the unit of the volume. You can double-click in this field to open the A.10.12 Units of Measure screen. All units defined for the unit groups 'VOLUME' and 'QUANTITY' are available for selection.

The x Dimension/y Dimension/z Dimension fields display the x-, y-, z-dimensions of the item shipment. If you already know the dimensions of an item shipment, you can enter it here. But this information can also be filled in later on the PT.20.01 Traffic Tree screen. The dimensions can be updated at any time regardless of the assignment or the approval of a release note.

The Dim Unit field shows the unit of the dimensions. The setting of project default ZX_DIM is used as the default value. You can double-click in this field to open the A.10.12 Units of Measure screen. All units defined for the unit groups 'DIMENSION', 'LENGTH,' and 'QUANTITY' are available for selection. This unit can be updated at any time regardless of the assignment or the approval of a release note.

The Calculated Volume field shows the volume of the item shipment for a quantity of 1 for the unit provided by project default ZX_VOLUME. This volume is automatically calculated by multiplying the x-, y-, and z dimensions of the item shipment. If necessary, the dimensions are converted to the unit given by project default ZX_DIM. If a conversion factor is needed but missing on A.10.13 Unit to Unit, a volume of -1 is displayed.

It is strictly recommended to set project defaults ZX_DIM and ZX_VOLUME in such a way that they match. For more information, see ZX_DIM and ZX_VOLUME.

The Total Calculated Volume field shows the total calculated volume of the item shipment, calculated as quantity * calculated volume per unit.

The Def. Volume Unit field shows the unit of the volume. This unit is defined by project default ZX_VOLUME.

The Exp Lic Req indicator shows whether an export license is required for this item shipment.

By default, the setting of this indicator is copied over from the corresponding order line item. If the Exp Lic Req check box is modified on the Line Items tab of P.50.07, this check box on the item shipment level is updated accordingly. But you can set this indicator on the item shipment level differently if necessary.

The Actual check box indicates whether the item shipment has been updated by the supplier.

Generally, this check box is not marked. Only if you upload data for item shipments on the OPI 10.01 OPI Import Jobs screen with job type 'Split Tag Import' will this check box be set.

The Comment field can be used for optional comments.

The Comments indicator shows whether any comment has been saved via the toolbar functionality for the item shipment. If this check box is set, the comments button on the toolbar is highlighted, and you can click the button to view the comment(s).

The check box is only set for comments that already exist. It is not set immediately if you have just returned from the D.50.21 screen without re-querying the data in this folder. This check box allows you to see at a glance for which item shipments comments are available and to query specifically for those item shipments with comments.

The Doc indicator is marked if any document has been attached to the item shipment. You can double-click on this check box to open the Documents tab of the D.90.21 Attachments screen. For more information, see Attachments.

The VDR indicator is marked if at least one VDR has been attached to the item shipment. You can double-click on this indicator to open the VDRs tab of the D.90.21 Attachments screen.

The Package indicator shows whether the item shipment has been placed in any package. Once an item shipment can be found in a package, the item shipment cannot be deleted any longer, and you cannot remove its release note (if any has been assigned). You can double-click on this check box to open the P.70.74 Packages screen.

The MRR indicator shows whether MRRs exist for the item shipment. If MRRs exist, you can double-click on this check box to open the C.20.01.01 Material Receiving by PO screen.

The OSD Traffic indicator shows whether a traffic OSD that has not been closed so far exists for the item shipment. When you double-click on this check box, either screen PT.30.03 or screen PT.30.04 is opened, depending on whether an OSD has been created for a package item or for the item shipment. If both kinds of OSD exist, you are asked which screen you want to open.

The OSD Site indicator shows whether a site OSD that has not been closed so far exists for the item shipment. When you double-click on this check box, either screen C.20.09.01 or screen C.20.09.04 is opened, depending on whether an OSD has been created for the item shipment or for a package item. If both kinds of OSD exist, you are asked which screen you want to call.

The Carrier Name field shows the name of the carrier. You can only enter carriers that have been defined on the P.80.41 Means of Conveyance or the P.80.51 Traffic Fast screen. A LOV is available in this field. This field is only used for assigning means of conveyance directly on the item shipment level. This field corresponds to the business process as realized with logistics screens P.70.61 and P.70.62. This field has no relation to and does not contain any traffic-related information if you use the screens P.80.11 - P.80.41, P.80.51, or extended traffic.

Modifying this field leads to a recalculation of the predicted on site date if project default ZP_EXPDATE is set to Y and basic expediting is used (ZP_NEW_EXP is set to N). See the description of the Pred On Site field for the details. You can double-click in this field to open the P.80.42 Means of Conveyance (Multi) screen.

The B/L (AWB) Date field shows the date of the bill of lading (B/L) or the air way bill (AWB).

The Last Info Date field shows the last date on which any information has been entered for the item shipment. This date is automatically filled with the system date when the item shipment is created. Afterwards, it must be maintained manually by the user. Future dates cannot be entered.

The Info Type field shows the type of the last information update. Any task defined on P.10.56 Events and Tasks can be entered. You can double-click in this field to open the P.10.56 screen.
