Smart Materials/Smart Reference Data Version
10.1

Indicates the first part of a new requisition line item (there are two line types for one requisition line item due to the number of values).

This line type contains the most important requisition line item information and relates to columns in the Smart Materials table M_REQ_LINE_ITEMS.

For this line type, it is required that within the actual requisition node (-> NODE_BEGIN and NODE) a valid entry of line type REQ_1 was found. Otherwise, the import program is not able to know to which requisition this line item belongs. In this case, all data records are skipped until the next occurrence of REQ_1 (or higher in the line type hierarchy), and a warning is given.

The Last Total Release Qty, Total List Qty, Last Total List Qty, and Recommend Qty quantity fields will be set to 0 (the same as manually created requisitions).

The line item position and sub position cannot be changed in update mode. Idents, item types, and tag numbers can only be inserted but not updated.

A new tag number will be created if the rule of the item type is ‘TWM’, ‘TOM’, or ‘TFM,’ and if the tag number value is filled in the import file. Moreover, a valid line of type TAG_DEF or none at all must have been found. If no TAG_DEF line was read, the tag number will be inserted below the default part defined by the project default ZB_TAGPART. If an invalid line of type TAG_DEF is read, neither the tag number nor the line item itself will be created.
