The Mailing List tab can be used to enter the email addresses of the potential suppliers to whom the request for quotation email will be sent upon approval of the inquiry. These potential suppliers must first register themselves in Smart Materials, and then they will be able to quote for the inquiry.
The project default ZP_EMT_MIP can be used to assign an approval template. This template is used to create the email messages that are sent to the email addresses of the potential bidders when the inquiry is approved.
The Mailing List tab is displayed only in case of open tenders, that is, when the project default
ZP_ALLOPTD is set to Y.
