The price breakdown includes the goods, services, or packages separated into its elements and listed under suitable headings such as materials, labor, shipping and handling, taxes, and so forth. The price breakdown data can be maintained on the Price Breakdown tab.
This tab is only available for subcontracting inquiries or requisitions.
The price breakdown item can be entered in the Item Code field. The description of the price breakdown item can be defined in the Description field. You can select an activity code from the LOV in the Activity Code field to specify an activity related to this item. Double-click in the field to open the J.30.01 Activities screen, where activities are defined. You can select an account code from the LOV in the Account Code field. Double-click in this field to open the A.10.30 Account Codes screen, where account codes are defined.
Click the Import Data button to import items from sources outside of Smart Materials into the price breakdown list.
The use of this button results in a call to a CIP, so the functionality behind the
button is customer-specific.
