When you create an agreement using the Agreement Cycle button on P.30.01 Requisition Workload, the Create from Corporate Warehouse and/or Create from FIM Warehouse options are available, if all or part of the required material can be found in the CWH and/or the FIM warehouse.
Select the Create from Corporate Warehouse or Create from FIM Warehouse options and click the Continue button. The P.50.01 Agreements Window 4 will open, displaying the header data of the agreement to be generated.
The supplier CORPORATE WAREHOUSE (or FIM WAREHOUSE) is automatically assigned and cannot be changed.
Update and complete the data and click the Create Agreement button to continue.
Line items will be created for all idents found in the CWH with the required quantity or at least the on-hand quantity if not all the required quantity is available in the CWH.
If the complete quantity is not placed on the agreement because not all is available
in the CWH or FIM warehouse, the remaining quantities and positions must be ordered
with a separate agreement from a ‘real’ supplier.
