A selection code is just another criterion by which you can group your material. Selection codes can be assigned to item shipments on the P.70.72 Expediting Details screen.
Selection codes are defined on the P.10.76 Selection Codes screen.
To define a selection code, enter the code in the Selection Code field and the code descriptions in the Short Desc and Description fields.
