If the project default is set to Y (default), at least one supplier user has to be notified during ownership change or at the time of inviting the supplier company for preliminary planning of an agreement.
If the default is set to N, supplier users cannot be notified during ownership change or at the time of inviting the supplier company for preliminary packing.
