On the A.60.12 Early Warning Alerts screen, the alerts that were generated on A.60.11 using the Start Query button and those using the automatic job execution defined on A.60.45 are displayed.

You can open the A.60.12 screen from the menu tree, or you can click the button on the tree view toolbar. If you click the button, the screen opens and the alert messages are queried automatically.

This button is only enabled if there are current alert messages existing for the current login user/role.

Depending on the SHOW ALL ALERTS privilege, you will see either alert messages for all users or only the alerts assigned to your current login role. For alerts defined on A.60.10 with a direct link form, the Call button allows you to directly call the linked screen with the corresponding record.

The alert messages are sorted by user and query code name.

In the first block, all users that have been assigned to an early warning query on A.60.11 are displayed. The users are shown with their last name, first name, user name, and e-mail address as defined on A.20.05. The early warning query name is displayed in the Code field, with the definition of the content in the Mail Content field. The displayed values mean:

  • ALL - All new, modified, and deleted items are listed.

  • CHANGES - Only modified items are listed.

  • NEW - Only new items are listed.

  • DELETED - Only deleted items are listed.

  • CURRENT - Only new and changed items are listed.

You can click the Delete All button to delete all alerts and e-mails for a specific combination of alert user and code.

On the Alerts tab in the second (Early Warning Alerts) block, the alert messages that were generated for the selected combination of user and alert code are displayed.
