The tables defined on the A.50.02 Tables screen can have equivalents in other software, for example, in Intergraph Smart™ 3D, PDS, or SAP. The relationship between the corresponding tables is created on the A.50.I.01 Interface Tables screen.
All tables defined on A.50.02 are displayed in the first (Table Names) block. In the second (Dictionary Table Translation for Interfaces) block, you can assign the interface specific equivalent to the selected table. Select the interface from the LOV in the Interface field and enter the equivalent table name used in the other software in the Translation field.
The interfaces must be defined on the A.70.01 Interfaces screen.
Click the Query Only Translation for Interfaces check box in the second block to allow you to query for interface translations without selecting a particular table in the first block. With this reverse search capability, you can find the tablename for a particular interface translation.
