DBMS jobs are defined and maintained on the A.60.45 DBMS Jobs screen.
This screen allows you to define jobs that will be executed automatically at regular times. For example, you can set up a job that runs daily at 9:00 AM and checks whether a supplier has returned a bid. If you just want to start a job once or execute a job once in addition to the regular schedule, click the Execute Now button. This will have no effect on any running of installed jobs.
If you want to limit the time frame for the execution of the job (for example, hourly but only between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM) or if the project calendar is to be taken into account (jobs are not be executed on non-working days), you must include this limitation in your program unit. In this case, you must provide code that will do nothing if started outside your time frame and code that will actually be executed if the job is started within your desired time frame.
