All available documents are displayed on the A.60.70.21 Product Documentation screen.

In the first (Product Documentation) block, the documents are listed with the name in the Document Name field, and the title or a brief description in the Comment field. The Document Type field indicates if it was delivered with a service pack, describing a new feature. The documents delivered with the software are marked with the Standard indicator. The Version and SP fields show the last version and service pack that the document was released. You can double-click in the Document Name field or click the Open button to open the selected document.

The Menus section shows the associated Smart Materials screens. From these screens, you can open the selected document via A.60.63 Valid Settings.

The Reference Entries section shows the release notes assigned to the selected document on A.60.70.01.

You can insert your own documents in this screen to make them available on the A.60.63 Valid Settings screen, opened from the related screen. Clear the Standard indicator for these non-standard documents. To assign the related screens to the document, select the menu items from the LOV in the Menu Item field in the Menus section.

Click the Upload button to load a document to the application server. An upload dialog will open.

Click the Browse button, select the file to be uploaded from your local machine to the application server, and click the Submit Query button. The document will be stored on the application server. The location where the files are stored must be defined with the DBA settings HELP_DOC_DEST and HELP_DOC_URL. HELP_DOC_DEST defines the directory on the application server, like %SMAT_HOME%\web_entry\documentation\. HELP_DOC_URL defines the related URL to access the folder via a browser, for example, /smat_webentry/.

You can use the Check Files button to compare the documents in the database with the documents in the Application Server directory. The result is shown on Window 2.
