This project default determines who (supplier/traffic coordinator) owns the release note after it is released by the expediter.
If this project default is set to Default, then the release note ownership is transferred to the supplier (in portal) after it is released by the expediter. No data is transferred to Jovix immediately, in this case.
If it is set to Traffic Coordinator, then the release note ownership is transferred to the traffic coordinator, after it is released by the expediter. Again, no data is transferred to Jovix immediately.
