The Live Usage tab in the Smart Licensing Client allows you to see all the checked out, in use, and node-locked licenses on the client computer.

If you run the Smart Licensing Client as a non-administrator, the Username column displays Other user for the products that are in use by other users.

To update the list of licenses, click Refresh

The device-locked license type is not supported on the Microsoft Azure virtual machine. If you lock this license to an Azure virtual machine, you will lose the license after the virtual machine is shut down, stopped from the Azure dashboard and restarted.
