Use the Licensing Portal to generate the Smart Licensing key and download the configuration connection file with your licenses - Intergraph Smart Licensing - Version 14.2 - Help - Hexagon

If you are migrating from Smart Plant License Manager (SPLM) to Smart Licensing, you have two options for performing the migration:

• Generate the Smart Licensing key to start the first day of the month after your SmartPlant License Manager key ends. This can be done only during the grace period. For more information, see Key generation grace period.

• Work with your local order administrator at Hexagon to generate a Smart Licensing key so that you can migrate your clients.

If you have both a SmartPlant License Manager key and the Smart Licensing key active at the same time in the same products from the same orders, you could be double billed. Please work with your local order administrator if you have any concerns.

Generate the Smart Licensing Key, and download the Configuration Connection .cci file, as follows:

1. Select the Company or the End Use Site.

2. Add the Keystore.

   1. Select the Cloud Location.

   2. Type in the name of the keystore.

   3. Leave the Create with default site-based configuration option selected by default.

   4. Click ADD, and select the products and their quantity.

   5. When you are done adding the products, click GENERATE KEY.

   6. Read the Export Compliance form, and click ACCEPT.

   7. Click DOWNLOAD CCI FILE to download the <YourSiteID>.cci file.

   8. Save the default site configuration .cci file on to your computer, and click Close.
