Preparation

Make sure REPRESENTATION is ON and the INSULATION and OBSTRUCTION values are between 12% and 87% when you export so that the specific aspects display in the translated file.

Open your source .att files to get the Level (LEVE) and Obstruction (OBST) tag values for the required equipment objects as shown in the example below:
Mapping

Make a copy of the customPDMSToR3DMapping.xls file and place it in another location.

Open your custom map, and then open the PDMS_Aspects sheet.

Add the different level and obstruction tag values in the format [LEVE]-[OBST]under the PDMS Value column that you identified for equipment objects.

Under the Aspects column, select the aspect from the list to use for each level.
If you do not specify an aspect, Smart Interop Publisher uses the Simple-Physical default aspect.

Save your edits and select your custom mapping file when translating.
