  1. In the Hierarchy tree view, click the Specification Sheets folder.

  2. In the right pane, double-click tag number 101-FV-100 to open its specification sheet in the Specifications module.

SHARED Tip You may see a message indicating that process data has been changed. Select Do not remind me again and click OK to continue.

  3. Scroll the sheet to line #18 (Flow Rate) and in the @Norm. Flow field, type 29 and ensure that the selected units are Am3/h.

  4. On the module toolbar, click Save Icon 16bit to save your changes.

  5. On the main toolbar, click Close icon 16bit to close the specification sheet and return to the Document Binder module.

  6. Select the Specification Sheets folder and view the information displayed in the right pane.

The Changed column in the right pane displays Yes for specification sheets that have not been assigned to a binder package before. It also displays Yes when a specification sheet has been modified prior to creating any revision. This indicates that the specification sheet revision number will be incremented the next time you create a revision for the binder package.
