In the Reference Explorer, expand the Panels folder.

Right-click the DCS Panels folder and then on the shortcut menu, click New > DCS Panel.

On the Distributed Control System (DCS) Properties dialog box, under Panel type DCS-1.

Under Maximum number of racks, type 3.

Click OK.
