With the Domain Administration window open, click Activities > Group.

On the Group dialog box, click New.

In the Smart Instrumentation field, type Instrumentation.

In the Description field, type Instrumentation Engineers.

Click Apply, and when prompted whether to copy access rights from another group, click No.

Click Close.
