From the External Editor window, you can open specification sheets for viewing and editing. You can also access the options for batch conversion of the specification format and for setting preferences. The window consists of the following sections:
External Editor Window Menu Bar
Provides access to available commands.
External Editor Window Toolbar
Provides access to the most common commands by selecting icons.
Editing Area
Displays the specification sheet that you opened for editing.
Status Bar
Shows the current status or the pertinent Microhelp.
