Create a Backup File (.bak) on the Source Server - Intergraph Smart Instrumentation - Administration & Configuration

Run the MS SQL Server Management Studio. Make sure that you log in as the System Administrator.

In the Object Explorer window, select the database for backup, right-click and select Tasks > Backup.

In the Backup database dialogue box, select the preferred backup destination or leave as default.

Select OK.

Copy the backup (.bak) file to the target server.
