Select Integration > Publish/Share, from Intergraph Smart Electrical menu bar.

On the Hexagon Sign In dialog, enter your Username, and select Next.
You must sign in with an account that has access to the HxGN SDx2 environment.

Select
Engineering Tool in the Share dialog to open the Find dialog.

In the Find dialog, select Document from the Equipment type field, and then select Find Now.
A list of documents displays in the Results section.

Select one or several documents to share in bulk. Hold the <CTRL> key and select several documents from the list in the Results section.

Select OK.

To publish several documents in bulk, hold the <CTRL> key and select several documents from the list in the Results section.

Edit the properties in the Properties section for the selected documents. When multiple documents are selected, only property values shared by all the selected documents appear in the grid.
Changing a value in the grid changes that value for all the selected documents.

Select OK.

In the Share dialog review that all the selected documents are displayed, and then select OK to complete the publishing procedure.
