You can use PinPoint with the Move command to move an element a precise distance in X and Y relative to a known position in your drawing.

On the Draw toolbar, select Select Tool

On the Main toolbar, select PinPoint
.
The PinPoint toolbar displays.

Select the location for the PinPoint target.

On the PinPoint toolbar, select Relative Tracking
.

On the Change toolbar, select Move
.

Select the element to move, and select the "from" position. Move the cursor, and select the "to" position.
The software places the PinPoint target automatically and displays the distance between the pointer and the PinPoint target as the cursor moves. The selected element moves to the new location.
