This procedure explains how to dissociate one or more graphical elements in a composite drawing from plant items.

In an open composite drawing, select one or more graphical elements that you want to dissociate from plant items.

You can make your selection by holding down CTRL and then selecting the individual elements using the Select Tool
on the Draw toolbar or by dragging your mouse over the graphical elements to draw a virtual frame.

You can select groups and individual auxiliary graphics as needed.

Select Actions > Dissociate from Electrical Item
. Alternatively, you can also right-click the auxiliary graphic and select Dissociate from Electrical Item.

In the message box that opens, select Yes to confirm the dissociation.
