Select an element.

Do one of the following:

Select Edit > Delete Command.

On the keyboard, press DELETE.
When you delete an element and its relationships, the relationships are not pasted
to the Clipboard and cannot be reinserted. However, you can restore an element and its relationships
by immediately using Undo Command.
