If a Smart Construction property, relationship definition, or edge definition does not exist for the custom column item, you must extend the Smart Construction schema to include them.
For example, if you want to create a column item that displays a custom property like room, you must extend the Smart Construction schema to include room (SPC_ComponentItem_Room).
