Create a new folder under the ReportLibraries folder and name it with the language or culture code of the localized report.
For example, if you have customized a report template in English, the folder name is "en." For American English, the folder name is "en-US."

Place the localized version of your custom report template to the corresponding language folder. The name of the custom report template should match the name of the template you are localizing.
If you are overriding a default report template, your file must be named exactly
as the template being overridden.
