You can create an adhoc report object in the SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client.

  1. In the SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client, click File > New > Report to open the New Report dialog box.

  2. Select the view definition you created from the list and click OK.

  3. On the Edit Report Definition dialog box, verify that New Window is selected as the Report output style.

  4. Click Select All to select all options in the Edit Report Definition dialog box.

  5. Click Save.

  6. On the Save Report dialog box, type a name and description for the new report.

  7. Click OK to save your adhoc report object.
