Smart Completions Mobile

Punchlists and Non-Compliances/ Non-Conformances

  • In the Punchlists and Non-Compliances/ Non-Conformances manager, the spacing in the As-Found Data and As-Left Data sections has been improved. For more information, see Edit punchlist and Edit a Non-Compliance/ Non-Conformance. (5043637)

  • When you access a punch list or non-compliance through a task smart form, the edit options in the Files tab are unavailable if the item is in closed state or checked out by another user. For more information, see Edit punchlist and Edit a Non-Compliance/ Non-Conformance. (5043637)

Near Misses

  • The generated datasheet for a Near Miss now includes the Images section. For more information, see Manage near misses. (4952383)

  • When you execute the workflow of a near miss record in offline mode and sync it, the system generates the executed form and displays it under the PDF column of the respective near miss record in online mode. For more information, see Near Misses. (5043637)

Preservations

  • You can now upload or edit files to a preservation task using the Files tab. For more information, see Manage Preservations. (4236178)

  • When you execute the workflow of a preservation record in offline mode and sync it, the system generates the executed form and displays it under the PDF column of respective preservation task in online mode. For more information, see Preservations. (5043637)

  • For a preservation task instance in Started/ Revoked state, an instance related datasheet is shown under PDF column. Whereas, for a task instance in Rejected state, an instance related executed form is shown. For more information, see Preservations. (5043637)

Sync Manager

  • The Lookups functionality under Sync Manager is now enhanced. (5043637)

    • New lookups: Newly added lookups are available in offline mode after sync.

    • Modified lookups: Updated lookups appear with their changes in offline mode after sync.

    • Deleted lookups: Removed lookups are no longer available in offline mode after sync.

Smart forms

  • You can now configure the custom headers of the smart form using the SaaS application, and the configured smart form headers can be viewed in offline mode in mobile application. The applicable managers are Tasks, Preservations, Certificates, and Project Communication. (5102737)

Others

  • The checkboxes under the C/O column are now disabled across all tabs in Mobile managers. You can check out the respective records only from their corresponding managers. In the C/O column, the records that are checked out by you are indicated with a green check mark and records checked out by another user are indicated with an orange check mark. (5039222)
