Adding Annotations to Punchlist Items - Intergraph Smart Completions - Intergraph Smart Completions iOS 6.0.1 - Help - Hexagon

This feature enables you to click an image and add features such as:

• Draw a line or an arrow.

• Encircle or draw around an item.

• Add comments to the image.

To add annotations to an image in the Punchlist manager follow these steps:

1. Go to Punchlist Manager > Create Punchlist > Punchlist Images.

2. Tap on As found Image, a new window appears on screen.

3. To click an image, select Take Photo.

4. To apply annotations to the image, click Annotate.

5. To add comments to the image, select text and type the comment

6. To draw or encircle the image, select line, and continue to draw.

You can view the attached images in the Punchlist manager under the As Found column.
