The Smart Completions Windows Application allows you to view all the reference documents related to a preservation task. You can access these documents in offline mode too, after syncing the application.
To attach a document to a task model in on-line mode, follow these steps:

Select Preservation Tasks on the windows Application.

Select a task and tap on the option Task Points displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Go to Reference Documents, to view the attached documents for the selected Task.

Clicking Sync allows you to make the documents available in the system on-line as well as offline.

You can populate data from the preservation tasks to smart forms and define the work steps.
