The Smart Completions Windows Application allows you to add all the reference documents related to a task model. You can access these documents in offline mode too, after syncing the application.

To attach a document to a task model in on-line mode, follow these steps:

  1. Select Tasks on the windows Application.

  2. Select a task and tap on the option Task Points displayed at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Go to Reference Documents, to view the attached documents for the selected Task model.

  4. Go to Punchlists, to view the attached punchlists for the selected Task model.

  5. After adding the documents, navigate back to the home page and click Sync.

Clicking Sync allows you to make the documents available in the system on-line as well as offline.
