Install Smart Completions - Intergraph Smart Completions - Intergraph Smart Completions Update 20 - Installation & Upgrade

1. Go to SmartCompletions.exe.

2. Open the installer and enter the required data in the fields provided.

3. The installer shows two features to configure Database and Application server.

4. If both application server and database server are on the same machine, you can select both the options to proceed with the installation.

5. If both the servers are placed in different machines, then select the required option as per machine.

   

   

   Enter these details to configure the servers:

Ensure that you have the back up of all files.

1. Only admin(role) is allowed to set configuration for installation process.

2. The Database Administrator must have DB creation rights, to create or restore the database.

3. The Application server and the Database server should always be on the same domain.

4. To access help with the product, navigate to Help > Training.

5. Update the certificate thumbprint value in the smart API config file to authenticate mobile using the SC authentication.
