Ensure to take back up of the configuration files before proceeding for upgrade.

For upgrade, follow the below steps:

Open the latest installer.

Install the software on your server.
If IIS and DB are installed in different server then the software setup needs to
be installed in both the servers.

Select the Upgrade, and click Continue.

Select the setups and enter the required information, and then click Update.

Enter the required information, and click Update.

Click Finish.
