To register a client, follow these steps:

On the Azure dashboard, click App registration > New registration.

Enter a name for the API and select the support account type.

Click Register.
The app is registered, and an app page is created with the API name.

In the left navigation, click Authentication > Add a platform.

Select the platform required for the application. For example, if you are using Postman as a client, select Mobile and desktop applications.

In Custom Redirect URIs, provide the client URI. For example, for Postman enter the callback URL from the Authorization tab.

Click Configure.

Select the supported account types and advanced settings.
For a Postman client, none of these settings are required.

In the left navigation, click API permissions > Add a permission. and specify the permissions required to call the APIs.

In APIs my organization uses, select the newly created API.

In Permissions, select the scope you created and click Add permissions.
