The process for Creating a Notice of Energizations (NOE) is outlined below:

  1. To create a new NOE, select New.

  2. Complete Step 1 – General tab with the appropriate information. Choose the latest certificate available in CCMS. A valid C2 must be available to raise an NOE.

  3. Select Step 2 – What Needs to be Energized Tab and then select the appropriate assets.

  4. Click on Step 3 – Documents and select the appropriate documents.

  5. Click on Step 4 and choose the Required Approvers.

    You can map the multi-sign-off of the approvers available in the user applications to the required approvers of NOE. When there is no sequence assigned, the default sequence of approvers is applicable.

  6. Click on Step 5 and add any comments if required, then click Save and close. CCMS will automatically assign your NOE with a unique NOE ID.

  7. Locate and select the NOE that was just created.

  8. To attach the marked up drawing(s), select the Energisation Limit Drawing button.

    Select and upload the drawing(s).

    Save and close edit form.

  9. The drawing(s) is now available for reference in the 'Scanned' column of the Primary Panel.
