Work Package Wizard:

2.0 WP Wizard

Once a Work Package has been created, you can manually add any task-centric steps to the Work package. The second tab will query for any tasks available according to the systemization and WBS entered on the General Tab. Select the tasks you need and click Add Work Steps for Tasks to add the steps to the Smart Form. Similarly, you can add Loop ID and Pack ID to a work package. These details can be viewed in secondary panel when you select a particular work package on the primary panel.

While creating a Work package, you can view the corresponding Task ID of a planned task tagged to it in the Planned Task Tab. To know more about adding Task ID of the planned task, See Add Task ID to Import Type Manager

Inspection Filter- Work Pack

You can filter all loops and pack devices along with their corresponding devices that are enlisted in the work pack step tab under Inspection Filter drop down. On clicking the device link, you can view/ edit the device details. You can add as many steps to a work package. All the work steps associated with a planned task appear sequentially on clicking the Work Package Steps tab. This can happen only if you add the column with Sequence while importing the work steps.

  1. This applies to IWP and COW work packages.

  2. This feature can be viewed in both the mobile applications (iOS and Windows).

Checking out a work package

Select a work package and click check out. You can view tasks associated with the selected work package. If a work package has volume centric tasks, the pop out window displays only the Asset IDs associated with the completed task. If the work package is task centric, the pop out windows displays the Task Ids and corresponding Asset Ids that are already in completed state. If a work package has volume centric steps, the pop out window displays StepID/ Asset ID for the completed steps.

The Completed step is shown as the concatenation of Cell ID or Step ID (if available) + Task (if available) + Tag (Asset/Pack or Loop) (if available) +Step sequence (if available). This is applicable to both task centric and Volume centric work pack steps.
