A Hazardous area dossier is needed by owner/ operators to have the latest product related document or checklist needed for audit or inspection.

The Dossier manager contains all the data or documents pertaining to a project instance. They can be used to build check sheets for any hazardous areas within the work area. You can create a dossier using New button button. All the test forms, assets, and tasks associated with a dossier can be viewed in the secondary panel.

Dossier Procedure Manager

The Dossier Procedure manager allows you to add a new dossier tag along with its description. You can associate forms and checklists and work steps while creating a dossier procedure.

Dossier Certificates Manager

The dossier certificate manager helps you to add new certificates for a hazardous area dossier.

Dossier Workflow

  1. Originated: This phase creates the form.

  2. Prepared: This is an intermediate phase which acknowledges the origination of a dossier.

  3. Checked: This phase helps to review a dossier procedure.

  4. Approved: This is the final phase where a Dossier is approved by the set hierarchy.
