TR-AM-181130 Punchlist data should be saved for dynamically added punchlists.

Problem: When you add a dynamic punchlist in a planned task, punchlist data such as description, asset tag, responsible company, and so on; are not saved into the smart form.
Workaround: Refresh the planned task smart form to view the punchlist data.

Problem: When a punchlist is created from a planned task, it is not navigating to the edit page of the punchlist.
Workaround: Click on the punchlist ID, to view the edit page of the punchlist.
TR-AM-180958 Android tasks do not list punchlists attached to Assets only
Workaround: Go to Punchlist manager, and search for asset tag to view the list of punchlists associated with the asset.
